Our speaker Les Mills is the founder and chairman of Masteroast Coffee Co., the third largest coffee roaster in the UK and the largest private label producer for the out of home market. Founded by Les in the early 1980's the company today has around 50 employees and a turnover in excess of £7 million.
Les left school (maybe he was excluded) at 16 and worked in the City of London vecoming a highly successful commodity trader whilst still a teenager! Itcy feet and a sense of adventure took Less to Spain in the late 1970's where he started a diving school which he ran until he started Masteroast.
A character with a great sense of fun and a very astute businessman, Les has some strong views on what creates success - which he'll share with us.
